Cancelation policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Registration cancellations received by March 16 will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, minus a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations for registrations received after March 16 will not be eligible for a refund.

The conference will be conducted exclusively in person.

*All authors and co-authors attending the conference must register under this category, even though only one may present (including doctoral students). Refers to author affiliation.

**The general public and student categories are non-presenting participants. Registration includes access to sessions, coffee breaks, and meals.
