Cancelation policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Registration cancellations received by March 16 will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid, minus a 25% administrative fee. Cancellations for registrations received after March 16 will not be eligible for a refund.
Late registration closes on May 7th, 2026 (subject to capacity)

Presenters must be registered by April 15th
The conference will be conducted exclusively in person.
Attendees who are neither presenting nor listed as authors or co-authors of any contribution to the event, and who are not undergraduate or master’s students.

*All authors and co-authors attending the conference must register under this category, even though only one may present (including doctoral students). Refers to author affiliation.
**The general public and student categories are non-presenting participants. Registration includes access to sessions, coffee breaks, and meals.
